Bringing together a team with a shared vision, strong track record and decades of combined expertise has enabled CadDo to quickly establish an international portfolio of clients who share our commitment to profitable, ethical sustainability.

Stuart has spent the past 30 years working in senior roles for a variety of global organisations. While initially his key area of expertise involved all aspects of sales and marketing, latterly Stuart has turned his talents to general business management.

Before his current role as CEO and owner of ESRI UK he was Vice President of Western Europe for Pitney Bowes. His background of running large organisations across multiple sectors and geographies has made him a real champion of sustainability and its business benefits.

Jon Claydon

Previously an advertising industry leader with eight major Agency of the Year Awards across digital, direct, mobile and performance marketing, Jon is now a specialist technology entrepreneur and investor focusing on sustainability and social purpose.

A member of the Sunday Times/Debrett’s “Britain’s 500 Most Influential People” and a patron of both the Royal Foundation and the NSPCC, his firm belief is that the vast majority of contemporary business leaders lack neither the willingness nor the commitment to improve their ESG performance; they simply lack the data.

Guy is an acclaimed musician, an active investor in technology and people, and a philanthropist. Guy is passionate in his support of organisations and initiatives dedicated to securing a sustainable future for our planet. He is continually active on some of the most pressing issues we face – climate change, protecting biodiversity, and disaster relief. He fully supports CadDo’s mission to provide technology to create a macro shift in ESG and SDG transparency to support sustainable investing.

A well-rounded COO with more than 20 years of experience and an entrepreneurial approach, Dan has led the delivery of numerous transformation programs for blue-chip organisations. Just as importantly, he has ensured that tangible benefits have been realised in the process.

As one of the people who masterminded CadDo, he is deeply passionate about what we’re trying to achieve. So he not only advocates the fact that technology will help leave a better world for our children, he also organises and participates in charity and community events.

David Werrett

David Werrett

Chief Revenue Officer

David has spent over 20 years working in senior roles for global software and consulting companies. Prior to his role at Caddo David was a Partner for PwC specialising in the Performance Management. He led sales and consulting of Performance Management for Business Objects and SAP in Northern Europe, and then built his own award winning specialist international consulting business prior to PwC. Davids background as an accountant and long history of software and consulting in this space give him a unique set of experiences to share with Caddo customers.

David first implemented software for Activity Based Costing in 1996 in his role as Accountant for a manufacturing company and this delivered significant business benefits. He has deep experience of delivering solutions across all industry sectors internationally. David is passionate about profit and cost management technology to provide organisations with information to improve cost efficiency and drive revenue.

Richard has spent 35 years working in senior roles for both Fortune 500 companies and SMEs alike. With a background in Sales & Marketing, he focused his talents on general business management, leading companies in multiple European, Asian and US corporates within the SAAS, BPO, consulting, service and technology sectors.

Richard was the Vice President of Pitney Bowes, Europe, where he led a period of significant change and business re-development. His passion is one of sustainability and how technology can positively impact the actual architecture of businesses.

A citizen of the world who believes in the power of social relationships to drive change and deliver better business outcomes, he is also an active proponent of a borderless society and planetary consciousness.

Chander has been at the forefront of IT for more than three decades, and is an acknowledged expert in Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, Windows Server and Azure.

Not only has he designed and developed many high-performing solutions globally, he has also been instrumental in defining CadDo’s current and future technical architecture, ensuring that our technologies and processes are both sustainable and future-proof.

An experienced SQL database administrator, Amruta brings impressive development and infrastructure skills to CadDo. In fact, she plays an essential role in bringing every facet of the CadDo service together.

Just as importantly, she facilitates CadDo’s continuous drive to improve business sustainability by constantly monitoring and embracing emerging technologies and methodologies.

As a geophysicist with extensive experience of offshore life, Chris is totally committed to sustainability and making the world a better place through the use of data analytics. This commitment is underpinned by a natural tenacity that makes him the ideal team player when it comes to taking point with major projects across the world.

As if that wasn’t enough, he is also a keen football fan and a long-term investor in sustainable brewing.

Monika is a Supply Chain professional, with a strong background in FMCG and an expert-level focus on logistics, customer service, product innovations, data modelling and analytics. She has hands-on and managerial experience in a multitude of projects on a global scale, delivering business improvements and tangible results.

She is a big fan of the data-based approach not only in making business decisions, but also in every aspect of life, believing that every little counts and even small changes can make a huge impact to our world.

Khalid Elkhazmi

Khalid brings together experience from both the aviation industry as well as the shipping and logistics sector. As an experienced analyst, he enjoys bringing data to life, and supporting businesses to make data-backed decisions. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and works with a curious mindset to help find the ins and outs and the whys and hows.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching the occasional cricket match in his local park and has a soft spot for horses.

With an MSc in Data Science, and experience in Accounting and Finance, Miranda has an ever-growing curiosity and interest in big data and AI. Combining her experience with her inter-personal skills, she enjoys answering tough business problems and generating business value for clients.

She believes that every corner of our world needs to be taken care of and looked after, just like she enjoys taking care of herself via Pilates, travel, and especially visiting sustainable wineries.

Toni has a unique combination of IT and business skills, with first-hand experience in the Consulting space, and in Consumer Goods, Financial Services, and IT industries. He is proficient in transforming large data sets into reporting solutions that add value to blue-chip companies.

He has an active interest in making motorsports sustainable so that it can continue to be enjoyed by future generations. He makes it his mission to keep up with emerging technologies to understand how they can be used to disrupt the status quo and create sustainable impact.

Not only does he enjoy dancing and music, but also believes in equality and a sense of community. He is an active supporter of Impulse London – a men’s mental health organisation.

A keen amateur footballer, Alex embraces teamwork and collaboration. He spends much of his spare time watching sports and particularly likes reading about the burgeoning sports analytics sector.
