CadDo was founded in 2018 by Marcus Hanke: a seasoned tech entrepreneur who is dedicated to making a significant contribution to creating a more sustainable future.
Bringing together a team with a shared vision, strong track record and decades of combined expertise has enabled CadDo to quickly establish an international portfolio of clients who share our commitment to profitable, ethical sustainability.

Dan Levy
Chief Operating Officer
A well-rounded COO with more than 20 years of experience and an entrepreneurial approach, Dan has led the delivery of numerous transformation programs for blue-chip organisations. Just as importantly, he has ensured that tangible benefits have been realised in the process.
As one of the people who masterminded CadDo, he is deeply passionate about what we’re trying to achieve. So he not only advocates the fact that technology will help leave a better world for our children, he also organises and participates in charity and community events.

David Werrett
Chief Revenue Officer
David has spent over 20 years working in senior roles for global software and consulting companies. Prior to his role at Caddo David was a Partner for PwC specialising in the Performance Management. He led sales and consulting of Performance Management for Business Objects and SAP in Northern Europe, and then built his own award winning specialist international consulting business prior to PwC. Davids background as an accountant and long history of software and consulting in this space give him a unique set of experiences to share with Caddo customers.
David first implemented software for Activity Based Costing in 1996 in his role as Accountant for a manufacturing company and this delivered significant business benefits. He has deep experience of delivering solutions across all industry sectors internationally. David is passionate about profit and cost management technology to provide organisations with information to improve cost efficiency and drive revenue.

Chander has been at the forefront of IT for more than three decades, and is an acknowledged expert in Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, Windows Server and Azure.
Not only has he designed and developed many high-performing solutions globally, he has also been instrumental in defining CadDo’s current and future technical architecture, ensuring that our technologies and processes are both sustainable and future-proof.

Richard Thompson
Chief Marketing Officer
Richard has spent 35 years working in senior roles for both Fortune 500 companies and SMEs alike. With a background in Sales & Marketing, he focused his talents on general business management, leading companies in multiple European, Asian and US corporates within the SAAS, BPO, consulting, service and technology sectors.
Richard was the Vice President of Pitney Bowes, Europe, where he led a period of significant change and business re-development. His passion is one of sustainability and how technology can positively impact the actual architecture of businesses.

Connor Stephenson
Consultant
Coming from a background in FMCG, Connor has a solid grounding in data-driven decision making. From warehouse optimisation to demand planning, he utilises an array of data management skills to maximise efficiency and profitability. A background in music means that he can approach problems creatively, and the study of chess helps ground this creativity in a methodical and logical way of thinking. A keen reader, he always has at least one book on the go, and aspires to write one of his own.

Stuart Bonthrone
Board Member
Stuart has spent the past 30 years working in senior roles for a variety of global organisations. While initially his key area of expertise involved all aspects of sales and marketing, latterly Stuart has turned his talents to general business management.
Before his current role as CEO and owner of ESRI UK he was Vice President of Western Europe for Pitney Bowes. His background of running large organisations across multiple sectors and geographies has made him a real champion of sustainability and its business benefits.

Jon Claydon
Board Member
Previously an advertising industry leader with eight major Agency of the Year Awards across digital, direct, mobile and performance marketing, Jon is now a specialist technology entrepreneur and investor focusing on sustainability and social purpose.
A member of the Sunday Times/Debrett’s “Britain’s 500 Most Influential People” and a patron of both the Royal Foundation and the NSPCC, his firm belief is that the vast majority of contemporary business leaders lack neither the willingness nor the commitment to improve their ESG performance; they simply lack the data.

Guy Berryman
Board Member
Guy is an acclaimed musician, an active investor in technology and people, and a philanthropist. Guy is passionate in his support of organisations and initiatives dedicated to securing a sustainable future for our planet. He is continually active on some of the most pressing issues we face – climate change, protecting biodiversity, and disaster relief. He fully supports CadDo’s mission to provide technology to create a macro shift in ESG and SDG transparency to support sustainable investing.

Christos comes with a degree in Finance and know-how in data and software development. He uses his education and knowledge together with his passion about new technologies to help blue-chip companies on their analytics journeys on a global scale.

Chris
As a geophysicist with extensive experience of offshore life, Chris is totally committed to sustainability and making the world a better place through the use of data analytics. This commitment is underpinned by a natural tenacity that makes him the ideal team player when it comes to taking point with major projects across the world.
