Kevin Keane

Finance Director - Profitability Analytics

Kevin has worked in the financial analysis/FP&A space for over 30 years, mostly in manufacturing enterprises, prior to the past year and a half with Dot Family Holdings, focused on distribution.

In that span of time, Kevin has worked in a number of industries, including with Van Leer Containers (packaging), Videojet Systems (printing equipment), Unilever (consumer products), Avery Dennison (decorative printing applications), Acco Brands (office products) and Elkay Manufacturing (consumer durable goods). At Elkay in particular, Kevin managed the activity based costing/profit analytics functions for Elkay’s two largest divisions, with the first implementation being taught as a case study at the Harvard Business School. Based on a prior working relationship between Kevin and a Dot Foods executive, Dot implemented the same profit analytics software that Elkay had worked with. In 2022, Dot Family Holdings made the decision to extend the profit analytics approach, now on the Caddo platform, to the 5 portfolio companies beyond Dot Foods and brought Kevin on to help facilitate that effort, which has been his focus since June of 2022.
